"I have chosen circle k over Thornton for the past 6 years as my go to gas station. They're right across the street from each other. Anytime I need gas, tobacco or snacks its been circle k for me. Just recently I signed up for easy pay to save some money at the pump. May 2nd I purchased $55.97 in gas and accidentally overdrew my account. But didn't know it until a couple days later when the payment posted. Today May 10th I received a charg again for the $55.97 but as well as a charge of $50 from a disgustingly low rated check cashing place that claims to be collections for your company called CHECKREDI....SENT TO COLLECTIONS IN A WEEK??? They essentially charged me $50 in order to charge me $55.97. I am absolutely disgusted with the way its been handled from circle k and from checkredi. Im speechless at how grossly undermanaged the easy pay program is and the fact that it does business with such a slimy, indecent company like checkredi. I will no longer spend another dime at circle k locations and it may not mean much to company of your size but it will a thousands of dollars a year that will now go to thornton. And I will share my story on every platform possible to make people aware of the type of business circle k conduces with shady companies like checkredi."

"I come here all the time but today I probably won’t come back after I came in early this morning to grab some stuff. When the cashier rang my stuff up he held my items in his hand until my payment went through. Once my payment went through he handed me my stuff. First off why would you hold on to my stuff as if I was gonna run out with my things if my payment didn’t go through. Second WE ARE IN A MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC so why would you hold on to my stuff!?!?? Third I have the money. I’m confused because like I stated before I come here ALL THE TIME and I have dealt with that cashier many times and that has never happened. I don’t care if people been stealing or whatever the case is but you don’t do people like that PERIOD. Especially with today’s climate and I know everybody that comes in there doesn’t get treated like that. It only takes one time for. Won’t be coming back in there."
