"I normally have decent experience with customer service at this speedway but on Saturday, 11.19.22 one of the 2 employees that were on the clock between 5:15 and 5:40pm provided me with some of the worst customer service I have personally ever experienced anywhere, ever. I am very concerned that I have paid DOUBLE for the kerosene I was purchasing for my recently widowed mother and this employee can not give me a single number, website, email or ANYTHING not even my receipt from the payment?! All I was told is " the manager will be here at 4am on Monday and that's the only time they come so unless you can get here at 4am ,that's all I can tell you" Not even an apology. Not only do you need to train your employees more effectively (or at all in my opinion) but most definitely some better screening for an employee who will be working will mass amounts of people daily. A sliver of emotional intelligence training would go a long way."
