"About a month ago my wife and I had a local dealership take our brand new vehicle down to All Star to have it tinted. Standard practice, right? Long story short and two tint jobs later, there was plenty of dirt, bubbles, and runs/lines on the windows. Management there refused to talk to me about the issue because they "worked with the dealership" but assured me they did the best job possible. What makes this better is we decided to have the tint done a third time at another local company and that company discovered (as they were removing the old tint) that whoever "took their time" at All Star had scratched the glass on at least 3 of the windows. Also be aware that if you have a dealership take your vehicle to All Star to have it tinted, they will not warranty their product as they would if you took it yourself."
