"The guy that took my order was really nice but he was about leave, when they gave me my wings they where not well cooked I told them and they put them back, then when we got them they where black I didn’t eat none of the wings I feel like the money I gave plus tips for this service wasn’t fair"

"Order #1010008 16:35 1/21/2024 The young man with dreads knew when I came back in immediately to get my ranch for my order that they didn’t put it in my bag and he had it ready before I said anything, yet proceeded to gas light me, stating that it wasn’t on the order while laughing. Um, not funny to me. Also, when I got home, the wings didn’t appear to be freshly cooked as they were like chicken jerky when chewing. Hopefully I won’t get sick, as the wings were obviously wings that had been sitting and later warmed. I would been even more disappointed if I had paid for the birthday wings. Do better BW, just because the customers don’t say anything doesn’t mean they don’t notice. It’s simply bad for business!"

"Been to this location 3 times in the last two weeks and my experience there has been amazing every time. I’ve never had BWW food more hot and fresh than this place has provided. Staff is friendly and on top of their game."

"I got to the place at 8:30 pm when the order was ready at 8:30 pm according to online time for Buffalo wild wings go. The guy told me it was not ready. Another guy approached 10 minutes later and said it would take 20 minutes to get my order ready. Waited another 7 minutes for a total of 17 minutes only to find out my order was ready the whole time. Won't be coming here anytime soon."

"I went in tonight 11/11/23, I was picking up a grubhub order to deliver. The man behind the countertop, who I have seen working before, and ignored me then, decided to do the same tonight. After waiting about 5-7 minutes, the young man, where the brown none work shirt, was on his personal phone, talking to them for over 3 minutes, then another call came over the main phone, so he grabbed that. There was a lady to the left of me who was already done paying and was waiting for her order, she said she was done and to go ahead and go, as I say there waiting and waiting, this young man refused to help me. He helped another younger man with a drink cup and the same to the lady to my left , after he was done he just looked outside and I proceeded to ask him if he was going to acknowledge that I was there, and after I said that he decided to get rude with me and said that he was helping other people when he was already finished with these people. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to help me and I said well I was there for an order for pick up and he said that he wasn’t gonna give me that order. Now I would of caused a scene but I didn’t and when I walked out I told him that he was racist and walked out. How can you be in customer service if you can’t even acknowledge that I was there right in front of you, even moved closer to the counter top to show him that I had been waiting with no help. I called grubhub and complained, and also sent a message to corporate. I would stay far away if you are white, cause they don’t treat us right since all of them are black working. Such a shame that he couldn’t acknowledge me and to top it off, got upset after I had said something about him being on his personal phone. Won’t be going back."
