"Genuinely upset with this place, I don’t get off work until midnight and i come here to get a cheap meal. Every single time I’ve come here there’s a rude woman at the window telling me that the systems are down for an hour. But I look in the window and no one is trying to fix them they’re just sitting on their phones not doing anything. What’s the deal? Not only that but I placed a mobile order there and the same rude lady told me that I’ll get a refund. Never happened. This place needs to get it under control."

"I asked for hot food. I told them I would wait for hot food if they made it fresh for me. They did neither. Absolutely pathetic. If I’m going to pay $11 for a Double Quarter Pounder meal, my fries better be fresh and HOT. McDonald’s sucks. I don’t even know why I go here."

"The self-service terminals are supposed to make this easier for everyone. My terminal wouldn't let me add certain foods. When I wanted to pay by card my self-service terminal would not accept cards, so I said I would pay at the front registers. My terminal did not print out a ticket with an order number. I gave the front line the number that flashed quickly on the screen. She read it back wrong so that caused us confusion for a while. Then the front line register would not accept credit cards unless I checked yes to donate to something. I was heading home from a vacation and this fast food order took forever due to equipment not working"

"me & my fiancé have ordered doordash from this mcdonald’s multiple times. each & everytime, we say extra onions on a burger & every single time we get our food, there a NONE, not even one onion. we wouldn’t care much if this happened only once or twice. but every single time we order from here, the employees are too ignorant to serve people to the best of their abilities."
