"employees are friendly, managers are polite, bar tenders know how to make a good drink, and the cooks know what they’re doing in that kitchen. the servers are great at getting you the best deal they can by meal deal recommendations and drink recommendations. food is awesome as well. the customer service is great."

"Came last night with my mom and had wonderful service! The waitress Paige was very attentive and sweet. Atmosphere was kind of hostile for a table sitting near us complained about the food he ordered, saying he didn't want it now that he ordered it, after sending it back, I watched him and his wife pig out on HER plate and then send that back as well. They made a big deal about not liking the food, making it seem like it was the waitresses fault, so they eventually got the meals off the ticket, which I felt absolutely horrible about because there is not a lot of good food service around here in Crosby and she was by far the best I have had in awhile, and I know somehow that is going to be taken out on her! She deserved the big tip we gave her, that was CRAZY ! I just had to make this review this morning to brag about her. but after reading more reviews, I feel like a lot of customers get their meals taken off their ticket by just being rude to staff. The entitlement is crazy. smh"

"The only thing good about our visit was Paige. She was very attentive, great personality even though she was given a hard time by another table near us. Food was mid, and it honestly seems like most of the other tables in this place were just rude and obviously take their food quality out on the wait staff, who have nothing to do with how the food tastes."

"Most importantly, the food is terrible. Frozen food brought out cold by poor service. But if you are just looking for a quick nicotine kick this place may be worth your time. Frankly speaking for the food and service provided I wouldn’t expect to pay more than 6 bucks a plate. I leave a compliment by posting a 1 star review."

"Walked in at 11pm and placed an order for a chicken tender plater. The chicken and mashed potatoes are dry. The quality of the food is not there for what they sell it for. Safe to say im not returning, and I wouldn't recommend."
