"First off, the workers are RUDE as can be! NO ONE will answer you if you ask them a question! When I asked them a question, they literally pretended they didnt hear me!! Also, the food is not the best! Used to be delish, but not anymore. We went in to eat, there was no ice in the machine and no one put ice in it. Not only that, they had little to no heat on in the restaurant! Like, we went back out and ate in the car where it’s just as warm and it was 25 degrees! Inside was maybe 50. I think It’s ridiculous! Sorry, but I’m never coming back. They kind of suck!"

"I ordered a grilled cheese nacho fries with beef. I live a little ways up the road and when I got home I went to eat my meal. I opened the box to find 10 fries, a small half spoon of beef, and more grease than cheese. I called and the manager did offer to replace it but that would be all in all over a hour and a half of driving, back and forth. Maybe they could have taken my name or something and offered the meal replacement on a later date."

"Absolutely disgusting! Missing half of my order and the food I did get isn’t even done! The tortilla that is supposed to be wrapped with melted cheese on my cheesy Gordita crunch literally flaked to pieces from being so dry. It’s a shame to place a mobile order and get all the way home and see that I am missing half of the stuff I ordered and the rest was tossed in the trash because it was literal garbage! Do not eat at this Taco Bell on the bypass, I would highly suggest going to the other one!"

"The way these restaurants are shorting people on food is getting out of hand. I ordered the new nacho steak fries for $5. They are about 5-6 fries, 6-7 pieces of steak, minimal cheese sauce and 4-5 jalapeno slices. This is happening more and more as they cut back on the quality and quantity of food. Service was good but the food was not worth the price. This will be my last time eating at any of your restaurants. Corporate greed is getting out of hand everywhere and this is a great example."

"When I arrived there were two families in front of me waiting to place there orders. The cashier got there orders,and mine sufficiently and did it in a timely manner. Then as I'm sitting at a table waiting for my order. I'm watching the employee's there all over the place No one is making food for the front counter. I just keep waiting patiently thinking there going to get it together, and get this food made. Well after about 10 minutes of no one starting to make food. The lady that was in front of me is seeing what I see. She makes a comment to me about it. So I went to the counter,and said to a couple of employees is anyone going to make food for the front counter? Then a couple of employees worked together to get all the orders out. Once they started making the food it was pretty smooth. All together I waited 35 minutes on my order I think there's potential for this store to do great. I think the breakdown was with management. So if you come to this Taco Bell your experience could go either way."
