KFC 1907 Plaudit Place, Lexington, KY 40509

"So they seemed really busy. There were other customers that were really really unhappy.no barbcue sauce. Got another order wrong from the drive thru, they fixed it well. Then i ordered 8 pieces dark meat only, shouldnt that have been thighs and legs? I got some wings, not a lot of meat on those. Plus no forks or mini cakes. Looks like the manager that orders really screwed people, by not having supplies for friday night rush. Oh this is the first kfc with soft bisquits...i also heard they were out of pizza."

"Ordered 4 personal pan pizzas here. It took 20 minutes, but to be honest they let me know before hand it was gonna be a long wait. I already knew it was going to be. I really should of put a mobile order in beforehand. The food was good . They were polite, it's the only place I'll put up with waiting time because I love dem personal pan pizzas!"

"I ordered ahead and the food was not ready at the quoted time. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were cold. The biscuits were also very crumbly and dry. We did take out but literally live a couple of minutes away. We won't be back any time soon."

"Ordered on the app for pickup, got their, went thru the drive thru and was told to pull up to a quick pickup spot, then proceeded to wait over 35 minutes to get my order, while 5 other cars who also got told to pull into the spots next to me and got their food before me, all while the KFC app said my food had been ready since 7:10pm. I probably won't be ordering from this location again. Food was great tho, very fresh. But still that doesn't excuse the poor service and wait time."

"There is no quality in the food. Totally disappointing and we would never come back. Honestly it is not clear for me what happen to the KFC here in the Kentucky. KFC is doing great in other countries but here it is not worthy to try. It is not only about this particular branch."
