"They got our "to-go" order wrong. When we called to get our order replaced, they said we had bring in the "wrong" order back as proof before they could start the right order. Needless to say, my husband was already home and we all started eating except my daughter because they gave her spicy vs original. He had to bag our order, take it back, and then he had to wait for the correct order. Yes we talked to the manager and that was her "20 yr old self" instructions. Ridiculous!"
"Went out late last night with a couple of friends to catch up over dinner and drinks. Even though it was later in the evening and I'm sure the staff was tired, our server Griffin was very friendly and attentive. She made sure we had what we needed but didn't overcrowd us. We had a great time and felt very taken care of. Great black bean burger as always."
