Cinco de Mayo Mexican Restaurant

"After enjoying this restaurant for years since first opening, I don't think ill be coming back to dine here. My family came in last week for a birthday like we always do. This time though I noticed that a mandatory 18% tip was added to my bill, and said on my receipt that its added to a table of 6-8 people. However, our table had 4 people. Typically I do leave a 20% tip, but the restaurant adding a mandatory 18% for our table was excessive. I regret to say I will no longer patronize this establishment. Nor will I be recommending it as I have always done in the past. I don't mind the option to leave a tip, but will not go to a place where it's automatically applied to the bill."

"Absolutely cannot be more grateful for these people and this place. Had a situation with GrubHub and I sent in an order for pickup not delivery. I got to the restaurant and my food wasn't there. Turns out a 'doordasher' took my food which confused me because I ordered through GrubHub. Anyways, even though they were about to close they offered to remake my food. I could not thank them enough if I tried. It was my sister's birthday and they absolutely saved the night with their nice gesture of this rather unusual situation. 10/10 recommend. Also the food was beautiful and tasted amazing! Thank you guys again!"

"I love this place good food, the wait staff do what they can as long as you don't need refills on water..I stop buy for large salsa and chips every week and it is a constant battle they give me a condiments cup... After about 5 minutes I get the large salsa... but don't let that stop you from coming here. Great food. Great specials. But make sure you have a little time to spare"

"The place was beautiful, food smelled amazing. But for authentic food, it was extremely bland! I asked for my steak to be well done and well I didn’t expect to eat a tire. So after myself and someone else was struggling to cut it I tried just clamping down on it and tugging the fork and ended up stabbing the tip of my nose and all inside of it. The worst part the steak still hadn’t pulled apart, so I was holding it in my mouth for 10 mins to soften it enough to chew before spitting it into my napkin and being done with the whole meal entirely. Three people each with an plate and one dessert, $50 for something we should have just got from Taco Bell. None of us ate 1/4 of our food, we just collected our to go plates and trashed it. As you can see from the pics 24 minutes later, the bleeding stopped but you can see how my nostrils are different and the under part of my nose is still swollen."
