"Update 2.25.2024: Ordered pickup here again. They have a "Your order was checked by" on the bag and everything was checked off. However, both the ranch and blue cheese was once again left out of the order. Both of which you have to pay extra for. We have given multiple chances. We will not be going back. Update: The last two times we ate here we did pickup. The first time they forgot the jalapenos on the Rooster nest and the ranch dressing for the wings. Last night they forgot to put tomatoes on the wedgie salad. Quality control is an issue. So glad they opened a roosters on Richmond road. The service is quick and the food is delicious. Their menu offers a lot of variety. They offer a rotating beer on tap menu."

"I love eating at Roosters. They have great people there. They have a great atmosphere. There food is great too. I just love spending time with my family and they allow that and make it more fun. They interact with my 4 year old and it makes me smile and warms my heart!"

"Low lighting on the inside, full of TVs, and plenty of booths. Food came out somewhat promptly, but it was worth it for how hot and fresh the chicken was. Wish their ketchup was corn syrup, free. Annoying having the chicken come out in baskets so you will cut through the parchment paper on top of the plastic bowl if you try to cut your chicken tenders. Hope they will have a garlic Parmesan sauce soon. Curly fries had absolutely no seasoning what so ever- I would definitely ask to have Cajun seasoning on your fries as well as your tenders. Staff was friendly. Chintzy on the cheese and bacon if you order a cheesy bacon fry. Water pressure in the bathroom was subpar."

"Order to go 10 piece wings with Nashville hot dry rub, literally only 3 wings had the rub on one tiny spot. The rest had nothing on them."
