"Good evening. I am writing to the owner of Taco Bell here at 2917 Richmond Rd Lexington Kentucky. to inform that I am a Doordash driver and every time I come to pick up delivery and there is the manager who is here this morning. It takes me more than 30 minutes to deliver. to the point of having my deliveries canceled. I don't know what benefit it has, what motivated him to do this to me. to make me and the restaurant lose money and time. Workers like him are the ones who make a company go bankrupt. Hopefully They would give job opportunities to more professional people."

"Amazing!! Frendly guy at the register. We got our cups for the drunks and before we finished filling them the food was ready. We set and ate it was hot fresh and the best food from taco bell I had ever got. This is by far the best ever taco bell i have ate at. Cant say enough good things."

"Much like everyone else, my order was incorrect and poorly wrapped. My taco was broken in several places, my soft potato tacos were spilling everywhere. They completely forgot my cheesy fiesta potatoes and gave me the wrong beverage."

"I've generally only come here in the afternoon, and this location seems pretty chill. The workers seem a little quiet when speaking, but they don't strike me as rude. The food quality seems a little iffy when lettuce is involved, but my quesadilla tasted great and seemed properly made (as someone who has previously worked Tbell for 3 years). Keep it up!"

"Well the food was good as usual, but since they forgot part of the order, and then no one ever answers the phone or it goes to a fax line. My girlfriend even left a message online, at corporate and got no response, but at least it didn’t look like this, and these pics are from there, just a year ago but it was terrible, so they have gotten better."
