"I usually enjoy my experience at chick-fil-A but today was awful. I placed my order that included condiments. When I went to the window I received my drinks and reminded them about my condiments. They asked me to pull across the street to wait for my order. After 10 minutes they showed up with my food. My food was cold, they had dumped my food in the bag, gave me the wrong drinks and no condiments. I was buying lunch for my 84 year old aunt. So much for a special lunch. It was definitely a bad experience."

"Bus drivers beware! Usually bus drivers get a free meal after bringing a School busload to the Chick-fil-A at turfland mall on Harrodsburg road is exempt! They will not get a free meal for bus drivers! Green bus driver needs to find a different Chick-fil-A! Richmond road, Harrodsburg road next to the county line, anywhere but the one at the old Turfland Mall"

"Great food and friendly service. I prefer the Hamburg Chick-fil-A because the drive thru set up is much better. I have been to this location a few times and they seem much slower than the Hamburg location. This location also does not fill their hash brown boxes as full as the Hamburg location. Would recommend it but be ready to wait."
