"Cuban sandwich was not what we expected. The bread was too thick and was not toasted much at all and wasnt hot in temperature, the pork was not shredded, the ham looked like it came from a deli and the cheese want melted either. We were charged $2.86 for a 12 ounce can of soda."

"Not a fancy place but the food was delicious with ample portion sizes. Sandwich size was impressive. They are not sold as 'combos' but I would recommend sharing an order of fries with1 or 2 others. Our order satisfied the three of us. Fried plantains were a tasty starter. Would definitely go back when in area. Friendly and welcoming staff here."
"I was here 11 years ago before moving to the area. I just recently remembered it was pleasantly surprised it was still open and very close to my work. I ordered a sizable pickup order and it was hot and ready when I showed up 15 min later! The food is authentic Cuban cuisine that is to die for. That black beans and plantains are so good and you really can’t go wrong with anything off the menu. Coupled with very kind owners, this place is a Lexington hidden gem!!"
