"I am surprised this restaurant does not have a higher rating. I tried this restaurant for the first time today. I had The Trash Dog Burrito and it was delicious. There was a perfect amount of spice and I loved the textual crunch from the onion. This is a very well-developed recipe. The ingredients complement each other perfectly. For orders over $9.00 they offer free bike delivery (depending on your location) and I took advantage. I received both email and text message order updates which was very convenient."

"Update: They did reach out to apologize for how this was handled and for my experience, actually refunding the entire purchase. I didn’t expect that at all. I’m impressed with the follow up and follow through! We will go back, and not just because they also sent a $5 gift card. Initial review: What a disappointment. I am still too annoyed to tell a complicated story, so here's the gist. We came in starving, ordered quickly, after over 35 minutes the waitress was very apologetic and explained she'd given our food to another table. She asked if we still wanted to eat (??), and then 30 minutes AFTER THAT we eventually got our food. I heard her tell the table that got our food that of course the food would be comped. Nothing on our ticket was reduced so I asked if they could at least give us the happy hour price for our appetizer considering we had been there an hour and a half. She did it, but honestly? A $4 discount is just not enough when your kid is forced to sit there starving for over an hour. We've been talking about going here forever, but it's unlikely that we'll be back. Based on the food alone, I'd go back. But there are so many great food options in Lexington with superior customer service that it will be hard to motivate us to go there. It's a shame. To add: I do appreciate the blatant support of trans folks. That made me happy and really want to support them. Maybe after I get over this experience."

"I've been wanting to try this place for a while and am glad I finally got to check it out. Staff was friendly and accommodating--they were fine with me using the patio even though it was a cooler day and pretty much all the other customers were inside. I tried the BFF burrito--a little messy but definitely delicious, with a generous serving of chicken. FYI for other folks who aren't onion fans: their pickled onions weren't at all overpowering, so don't let them stop you from trying this one. Lots of very cute outdoor seating. When I sat down someone brought me a menu very quickly, but after that service was a little slow. That said, it was in the middle of lunch and I was the only person on their patio, so I get it. Didn't keep it from being a good experience, especially since staff was very friendly throughout the visit. Good music during the visit, too. Definitely hope to come back at some point and try their crunchwraps."
