"After so many pleasant visits to this location, I had my first unhappy experience. The clerk was extremely rude, and over charged me. Early hours on the morning of January 6th, 2024 I entered the store expecting the normal interaction. I realized that wasn't going to be the case when I said "Good Morning" to the clerk when entering only to receive a blank look back without a response. I processed to shop and walked up to the counter, again trying to be polite and said Good Morning and asked how his evening had been, thinking perhaps he just hadn't heard me when I entered. I was answered with the total of my purchase. I knew the price I expected to pay, I'm in this store multiple times per day and know my order. When I explained that the total wasn't correct, he quickly snapped back. I repeated the price wasn't correct and that he was over charging me for the fountain drinks. That didn't go over well. Raising his voice he said I was wrong and then repeated my total. I explained that the store was covered in signage that fountain drinks any size up to 64 oz were all $0.89 and with tax each would cost $0.94 not the $1.05 he was charging me. The clerk said that it didn't matter the total was what I was going to pay and that the sale didn't include the 44 oz drinks. It was clear he wasn't going to correct the price to reflect the advertised sale, and to avoid further argument with such a rude and unreasonable individual I just paid my tab and left the store. I find this encounter to be frustrating and disappointing as I have grown to like many of the stores staff. I have never experienced bad service and it has been nice having a convenience store nearby where the staff has always been polite, professional, and a joy to interact with. Never did I expect this behavior."

"Clerk was nice and there was no line. Store seemed fairly clean but I only went in a few feet to prepay for gas. There was a couple homeless people outside. I felt bad for them and gave them the $2 cash I had on me. I hope they're doing well."

"Saw a lady ask if there was a key to use the bathroom, clerk says that just means someone is in there if it’s locked, lady comes back and says there isn’t anyone in there is there a key. The clerk throws her hands up and says I don’t know figure it out yourself. Couldn’t believe I saw that. The same clerk was also super rude checking me out."
