"Not sure the managers name, but I placed a to go order in person , he took it for me be they were busy and he was the best. They say lead by example and if every employee treated customers the way he did everyone would have an amazing dining experience! Sorry I didn't catch your name but thank you for the amazing service ! Even helped wall me to my car and helped carry the extra bag!"

"The service at this restaurant is always really great. Laken was our waitress today and was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire meal. I do wish that Chuy’s had combination plates like other Mexican restaurants. I understand though that it’s a corporate set menu, so not much they can do. The food was good for Kentucky standards (worst Mexican restaurants I’ve ever experienced), but if you’ve lived anywhere like Texas or California it’s meh. The enchilada sauce tasted bitter, wouldn’t recommend that."

"This location has the worst service I’ve seen in this area. Our server/waiter was very short with us, sarcastic and sometimes didn’t say a word when we addressed him. Nobody addressed our concerns or sought out to make sure our issues were resolved. The other location here in Lexington is amazing and our go-to for this restaurant. Won’t ever be returning to this location."

"Second time trying one of the locations of this chain. Experience was even better here that the last. We had the chicka chicka boom boom enchiladas and they were very good. Service is really what earned the 5 stars with a waiter that was super on top of everything and accommodating of requests. Oh and really enjoy all the random photos and unique decor."
