"I get a recurring prescription here every month, and it never fails that it is late and the staff are always incredibly rude. I don’t make a big deal about it being late. I never call or try to get ahead of any other orders. My prescriptions should’ve been filled on Thursday and it is Tuesday of the following week. CVS called me and said they’re ready. I went through the drive thru and have my name. She said they didn’t have anything. I spelled my name and offered my insurance card two different times because I realize there are a million ways to spell my name. She still said there was nothing, and I said I get it filled here every month. She said I’m in the system but no prescription has ever been filled for me at that location. I offered my insurance card for a third time and asked if that would help to ensure my name was spelled correctly. At this point someone came over to assist and the original lady cut me off mid-sentence and said “yeah I got it.” Then proceeded to get huffy with me because, low and behold, she had spelled my name incorrectly so it wasn’t showing up. Well, if it was spelled incorrectly and wasn’t showing up, how was I in the system but showing no active prescriptions? Those are two very different stories. I know a lot of places are short-staffed right now, but they are always so rude for literally no reason. I just don’t get why they are ALL like this every time I come to pick up a prescription."
