"service is outstanding. there a middle aged man in the look like a manager but he is great at what he does very polite and great guy"
"Our food was perfect. I want to know why I didn't see any advertisements for the Mac and cheese bites? They were the BEST Mac and cheese bites!!! Absolutely delicious! Whoever was working drive thru on Dec 9th around 5pm, went above and beyond with service. Give them a RAISE!!!! My jamocha shake was heaven in a cup! 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend!"
"The attendant was very friendly, however, our sandwiches were wrong. We ordered regular roast beef sandwiches and got beef and cheddar, which I don't like. There was hardly any meat on my sandwich. We paid $23 for 2 meals that the main part was wrong and next to no meat on the one."
"I normally love Arby's it's one of my favorites but the one we went to in Lexington was dirty, the bathrooms were nasty, there was trash everywhere, they made the sandwich wrong and when we took it back the second time they made it wrong again and were really nasty about it I would not recommend this Arby's in Lexington"
"We stopped in for dinner around 6pm. We ordered a children's meal with a chicken slider. I was unaware that the sliders had cheese on them and my child has aversions to certain textures and could not eat it when it came out with cheese on it. This was my fault for not being aware of what was on the sandwich. I went up to the counter and explained the situation, apologized, and asked if there was any way they could make one plain. The two young ladies working up front were both blonde and both very kind. This complaint has nothing to do with them. The girl at the register asked the lady on the cook line to remake it for us. Well, the lady on the cook line was absolutely hysterical over it. She began to yell at the two young girls shouting, "I make what's on my screen and it didn't say no cheese" I took it upon myself to announce that the girls did nothing wrong and it was my fault for ordering it wrong. She still wouldn't let it go. She continued huffing and puffing, cussing, and slamming things around until she finally threw the sandwich up in the window. It was humiliating for both me and the other employees. I think this lady may need some help because she was completely unhinged over having to remake a sandwich. We definitely won't be back."
