"Absolutely awful. Let me start out by saying I have been to so many Taco Bell’s across the country, including Lexington. This takes the crown for the WORST I have ever been to relatively. The food is not made properly and the service is the WORST. Ghetto and disgusting service through and through. This Taco Bell franchise should be ashamed, shut down or hire new staff. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to another."

"Ordered the build your own meal for 4 and they forgot the Nacho Fries I ordered and also had to wait in the drive through line for upwards of an hour even though I ordered ahead through the app ≈1.5 hours before we received our order. Staff wasn’t necessarily rude but was short and did the bare minimum, also appeared to be understaffed so some blame should be put on management as well. Altogether a horrible experience and if I hadn’t waited so long I would’ve returned and asked for a refund, online orders should be streamlined and orders should be more strenuously checked. Will think long and hard before making a late (10:45 PM) night stop at Taco Bell again."

"The person that took the order was okay. I got two nacho fry deluxe boxes, a potato taco, a mango freeze and a beefy taco but I was missing both of my chalupas from my boxes, my cheese sauce was halfway empty and SPILLED in the bag, my fries were flipped over in the bag, and he almost didn’t give me one of my drinks but I have told him i was missing one before i drove off."
