"Wow, worse place ever for an oil change. First the tech stripped the oil plug. I know this because they showed me the broken socket they used. Second, when they were finally finished, 2 hours later, I checked under the hood before i left, noticed they had not changed the oil filter. When I showed them their mistake, the guy at the desk was very rude, argumentative. Unbelievable."
