"Been waiting 30 minutes for our food. When asked how much longer, was told can't tell me time or number of orders ahead of us and that they were stacked up right now (Door Dash orders). Why it wasn't communicated upfront that would be at least 30 minutes waiting onsite for food after ordering is a joke. Plus no refunds provided. Going to Jersey Mike's next time."

"80s playing on the Music service, cashier was friendly and helpful, the food was tasty. My only complaint was the tiny fry remnants instead of full size fries, but I still ate well."
"Cheese Steak..... good. Cheese bread...... good. Italian Sub....... not so good. Sweet tea.... good. So we ordered take out, as we're waiting they gave our food to someone else, then went outside and got it back brought it back inside and tried to give it to us. That was a big NO! The girl smiled and they started a new order. The staff was not an overly friendly group, but not rude either. Would go back"
