"Last weekend Dustin and crew saved my entire Saturday! I live out of town, happened to be in Lexington for a birthday party. While on the road my tire pressure began to rapidly drop, luckily with 20 mins to spare before closing Dustin and colleague were able to help me out in my emergency. Thanks so much again!!"

"I was referred to them because I had a straightforward wiring issue (chewed by rodents, ABS and other warnings on dash). They estimated $1000+ to repair. I said it's two wires?! Long story short, I fixed it myself with a new connector from Amazon and some wire from Autozone for less than $50. I will never return to this store. I guess they wanted to rewire everything."

"I came in on 01/27/24 at around 2pm. I needed a leaking valve stem replaced. I dropped the tire off after some incompetent technician took my name and phone number. He told me it would be around 6pm for them to get to the tire which I already removed from my vehicle! So I waited for a phone call which never comes because I thought they were just busy. My wife picks up the tire which no one working there seemed to know about most likely after it was shoved in some corner. They told her the tire was dirty (Thanks captain obvious!) and that the valve stem seat needed to be cleaned out and that it was “all good now.” However, I confirmed they never took the tire off the rim let alone cleaned the seat for the stem. It started leaking immediately after I filled it up. It is leaking from where the metal threads meet to the rubber of the stem. They straight up lied but at least they didn’t charge me. I think they forgot about the tire and as my wife showed up near closing time, no one wanted to stay late to actually fix their mistake. Well thanks for wasting my time and my PTO because now I have to come in to make sure you do your damn job when I should be at work. Don’t go to this business. If a mechanic lies to you then take business elsewhere. You can not trust them to even change an oil filter at that point."

"Went in this afternoon with a flat tire, expecting to have to get it replaced. They were very busy, but assured me they’d get to my car as fast as possible. After a short period of time, Dustin let me know they checked for leaks, and the issue was with the seal, which was an easy fix. It only took about 15 minutes for them to reseal the tire and check the other ones just in case. I asked Dustin what I owed for the service, and he said nothing! Saved so much money and time today and I am very grateful! Thank you!"

"I contacted the Lowry Lane location with a situation that required someone at Big O Tires to actually care about my situation. I basically had 48 hrs to get new front struts and rear shocks as well as 4 new tires installed. Luckily for me, Dustin answered the phone when I called. His attention was immediately focused on what I needed done. I had to be back in Virginia by Sunday. Dustin not only listened to my problem but got on the phone to get the parts, then stayed in touch with me, keeping me up to date on the progress. The front struts were our biggest concern because they had to be built. Dustin got the struts assembled in Georgetown and got them back to Lexington quickly and I had my car back in my possession by the end of the day. This young man saved the day and I won’t forget it. What a great asset to the company he works for! I have to give him high praise for treating me like I was his only customer. Smiling and kind through the whole experience, Dustin made a huge problem for me, resolved in one day. Thank you Dustin! And thank you Big O Tires for hiring such a good person to act on their behalf."
