"If I could give it a lower review I would, ordered a 75 dollar order from Uber eats only to be shorted all but 2 items. When I was prompted by uber to call the store I was sent to voice-mail almost immediately 6 times before finally being "helped" by one of the rudest people I have had the displeasure to interact with. I don't recall her name but she stated that it was "impossible" as she had bagged my order and that I needed to take it up with Uber eats. Absolute garbage customer service."

"If I could give negative stars I would. I placed a mobile order but still waited 17 minutes. During my wait I watched another guy wait 5 minutes just for someone to take his order and that person came from making food, never took her gloves off, touched the register and the man's money then went right back to making food with the same gloves. When I finally did get my food it was obvious that it had been made a while because it was cold. You would think after that kind of wait it would have at least been warm. This wasn't a staffing issue because there was plenty of people working they just didn't seem to care how long it was taking because they were laughing and talking loud. This used to be the best Taco Bell in Lexington but out of my last three visits this is the only one where I actually got my food because I couldn't get anyone to wait on me the other two times so I just left, wish I had this time."

"We ordered door dash through this location and it was the worst experience and service we’ve ever had. We ordered a beef quesarito with no sour cream. As you can see in the picture they added extra sour cream. On a Crunchwrap supreme they put onions on it when there aren’t even supposed to be onions. Then we ordered a nachos bell grande with added creamy jalapeño sauce. All we got was chips with the sauce. We were also missing multiple items from our order. This was obviously all done intentionally. Something needs to be done immediately about the staff at this location. We will be avoiding this Taco Bell and we will never order Taco Bell door dash again."

"I literally just wanted lunch, and somehow whoever loaded up my bag either didn't notice or didn't care that these sauce packets were busting and in absolutely disgusting shape, if i had more than 30 minutes for my lunch i would have turned around and went straight back to have a friendly chat with the staff on why they thought this was okay to put in my bag. I've never had any negative experiences at any other taco bell in this area. And usually even if I have a less than stellar experience (this goes for anywhere, at that), i rarely feel the need to go online and complain, but this is just disgusting. I can't fathom what goes through someone's brain to think that it's okay to put old, busted, and crusty sauce packets in with someone's food. I do love some taco bell on occasion, but best believe after this, I'll be taking my business elsewhere when I'm in this area for work. I don't know what good a google review will do, but if someone of merit sees this, and if they care, maybe tell your employees to not do this. because I refuse to believe they didn't notice this glob of sauce packets all stuck together."
