"I was served reheated chicken tenders in Styrofoam that they reaheated them in that melted and warped. I have gotten food poisoning from menu items with lettuce and the taste of the food has gone way down hill all in the past 6 months. This place used to be the best fast food in town but they've lost the workers who made it that way. It's such a shame, there's almost no fast food place in Nicholasville worth eating at anymore, maybe if you're lucky Little Caesars and Culvers on a good day. thats it! get it together Nicholasville! I have given up on fast food in this town, i have to drive to Lexington or go to a sitdown restaurant if i dont want bad food or illness from improperly handled food"

"Amy at the drive thru window was rude and hateful. I asked for pink packs of sweetener and they put regular sugar in my bag. Asked for 8 cream and got 4. My hash rounds weren’t in the bag. Asked for 3 more packs of ketchup and was told she put it in the bag and she should have charged me for cream. I called and talked to Joy and she said they only charge if you get more than 10 cream. She apologized for Amy’s attitude. We eat their breakfast food all the time and I just don’t understand the attitude this lady gives off every time we go through there. I don’t even know her, it shouldn’t matter. If Amy doesn’t like people or working at Hardee’s then maybe she needs to get a job elsewhere. Why treat people like they’re nothing and when you spend $15-25 each time you go there I feel like I’m allowed to get ketchup and cream for my coffee. That is all! I would have paid for it if I had gotten more than the allotted amount!!! But I’d didn’t. SMH. Try to smile Amy, life isn’t that bad!"

"This store has always been a good stop-over in downtown Nicholasville. The crew and management treat their customers well and the atmosphere is laid back enough to enjoy it. Good parking and a clean restaurant."

"Yummy! Lettuce crispy, tomato fresh, bun fresh, real meat. Onion rings were excellent. Very friendly people went on Monday at 1:30 PM Will be back."
