"I placed an order online for a quick pickup. When I got there they hadn't started to fill the order because they'd been so busy. Then why the five stars? Great customer service and excellent food. He apologized, made the bowls with fresh-grilled steak that he cooked while I waited, and gave me a free cookie for the extra wait. His upbeat attitude more than made up for the wait. And the bowl had a great combination of flavors. Everything seemed freshly cooked, with great flavors, and huge portions. I don't have any dietary restrictions, but it was still delicious. My friend who has celiac disease had no reaction and loved the food. I'll definitely be back."
