"I heard some great things about the food and was anxious to try it out. Called to make an order ahead of time and the service on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I ended up telling her we will just go somewhere else. She didn’t seem like she wanted my business at all, was very bothered that I was trying to place an order with her over the phone. Not every one has been to this restaurant before so forgive me for not knowing the layout and for being an inconvenience trying to place an order over the phone. The service I received made me not want to order. My money just didn’t seem wanted, and I also tip large, especially being in the service industry. However I work really hard at my job and when I dine out or call a restaurant I expect to be treated of value just how I do my guests every day. I’m just very disappointed."

"Rave Review! We chose to use a $5 off coupon to try Chicken Salad Chick for the first time. We ordered and sat down. Our wait was a bit longer than expected but when the staff realized what happened they took care of us immediately and provided compensation for our wait time. Very professional and friendly. Food was delicious and very filling. Loaded potato soup was amazing! Definitely will be back!"

"So I eat here on my lunch break at least once a week. The food never lets me down! This is some of the best damn chicken salad I’ve ever had! Every time I pick one that I think is my favorite I try something new and get a new favorite. I recommend you try every flavor they have until you find the one that works best for you. Of course what’s really cool about chicken salad chick is that they let you have samples of everything before you buy. my favorite lineup right now would be the spicy pimento cheese, the Kickin, Kay Lynne, and the Barbie-Q. They also have seasonal piña colada pie that is like nothing else you’ve ever tasted. Even though the scoops look small, I dare you to finish all three. Also, they have a pretty great rewards program. My three scoops that I had today. We’re almost free because I had earned $10 off any entrée. It’s great to get rewarded for food that you don’t mind spending money on anyway lol. I highly recommend if you’ve never heard of this place to check it out!"

"Pretty great lunch spot! I ordered takeout- I got the chick, sandwich on white (untoasted) with classic carol, with pasta salad (extra cost), with the cookie and pickle it came with. Food was good, I would come back again! For sure lunch size portions."

"I had the chicken BLT with chicken Florentine soup and mixed fruit. The meal was good. There were issues involving the meal and restaurant. The music was too loud where we sat under a speaker, the ice maker on the inside drink machine was banging away, That is not "a thing" at other restaurants. and several of the items were not up to par, though they were okay to eat: - the chicken BLT was light on the bacon and that's understandable with the cost of bacon these days, but still. - we had a chicken salad that had apples in it. Apples were hard to find. - the fruit cup was about 15 grapes, one small piece of a strawberry, and four blueberries. I would hardly call that mixed fruit. Next time I will be back to try the Friday soup."
