"The worst service ever!! I’ll not ever return to this place again. They treated my kids poorly and refused to give them their full meal. Took the kids in to eat. We purchased meals along with 2 kids meals. They didn’t give us the kids cookies (which is part of the meal) because they were out of “kids” cookies. That’s sad that they wouldn’t give them a regular cookie that they had there. One of my kids asked for her cookie and they said sorry were out but you didn’t pay for it anyways . Really!!!! It is part of the meal!! No customer service skills at this place at all. I’ve been a customers of McAllister‘s for many years now however this is my first time at this location. I will not be going back."

"Good, but they are stingy with pickels. The ones up north give you a plate full. Or the one Lafayette has a big pickle jar next to the lids and stuff. You can get all you like"

"I would like to sincerely apologize to the staff at this location. My wife and I came to your establishment as paying customers and had the audacity to interrupt your social hour with your coworkers before being inconvenienced by taking our order. Seriously, the staff here was more concerned with slapping some sort of sticker on each others backs than by doing what they’re paid to do. No greeting. No ‘I’m ready when you are.’ Just an annoyed employee who casually made her way to the register after finishing cutting up with her coworkers. We were the only two people ordering at that time. Customer service in the customer service industry is dead."

"The chef salad was amazing with grilled chicken, cranberries and avocado . The veg chili soup was okay . Not the best way worse than The OG chili . We stopped here for a quick lunch and a quick lunch it was . The service was lightning quick and we had a decent lunch . A good place for some fresh quick lunch with reasonable pricing . The spuds looked pretty amazing but we did not get a chance to experience it . But every other table had it!!"

"Brand new facility which is very clean and open. Great counter service and good table service. The food is pretty good and came out really quick."
