Subway

"I should have realized that a sign on the door was an omen of what would be inside. It said something to the effect of: No coupons or specials honored here. But I went inside anyway, hungry for a veggie sub. So I ordered a footlong but when we turned to the veggie section of the assembly bar, only the bare minimum of veggies were present. No green peppers, no cucumbers, no carrots. OK, not too much of a problem since they did give me a good helping of what they had. The real deal killer for me was NO ICED TEA! Really? Tea is standard at nearly every Subway I've ever been to. And I'd already checked out by the time I noticed. An employee confirmed -- no iced tea. The bottled beverage cooler was nearly empty and a lot of other shelves were bare. It shows the shortcomings of Subway's franchise agreements. I'll pick another Subway next time!"

"They DO NOT accept there own coupons. I believe these are individully owned, but don't waste my time sending me a coupon when I live walking distance from there. Lost a customer for life."

"They do not accept their own coupons. Prices on their menu don't match what I was charged. Lettuce was rotten. Even though my meat was heated it was still cold so not sure what happened there. The chicken was full of gristle. Another Subway on the do not return list. The cashier was super sweet and kind and was the only redeeming part of my experience."

"It was a Subway. The food tasted exactly like how a subway order should taste. There was no line, no wait. The order was prepared immediately. Spicy Italian, whole wheat bread. Assorted toppings. Everything I ordered was correct. Everything my wife ordered was correct as well. This location does offer gluten free bread."

"I ordered one of their new Turkey Cali Fresh sandwiches on July 13th during the free sandwich promotion period. They claimed they were not participating in the promotion and refused to offer a free sandwich. The employees did not know how to make any of the new sandwiches and continually asked me how it was to be made. None of the "updated" ingredients seemed different from their predecessors."
