"Won’t be back. Placed an online order and paid for it. Showed up 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and they told me they hadn’t even started it. Which is fine because I get that they were busy. Then I stood there for 10 more minutes before they told me they didn’t have the meat for the order. I told them to cancel it and they said I’d have to call the next day for a refund. I called and they tell me they can’t refund the day after and offered me a free sandwich in exchange for the $37 order I never got. Nope."

"As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a mean mug by the manager. Then she rudely took my order. While making myself and other customers food no gloves were worn and she was eating fries over my food as she made it. Once I got my food it looked like someone on crack had cut the sandwich as one side was 2.5 inches and the other 6.5. Probably the worst penn station I’ve ever been too."

"Does this look like a $17.00 meal? The blonde with a small neck tattoo just threw the sandwich in the bag on top of the fries. She didn't even wrap it. The sandwich was sticking out of the bag The sandwich was overcooked, dry, and the fries were soggy and raw/undercooked. I got nothing against the employees but if you don't like your job, just find another one. Worst Penn Station experience I ever had. For the best experience go to Penn Station across Costco on Bardstown road."
