"Really enjoyed our visit. Our party of 4- 3 adults & a 9yo- got a variety of food. The steaks were great. Mine was med well and was done right the first time & not a thin fatty piece of meat which I end up with at a lot of places. Fries, baked & mashed (with brown gravy) potatoes were all hot & tasty. Salmon was good but sauce was a bit heavy for it. Kids Mac & cheese was plenty & creamy. Potato skins were hot & good. Service was just right. Restaurant was warm and comfortable...a blessing given how cold it was outside!"

"Holiday opportunity to eat out and Cattlemans was open, decided to get steak. Friendly staff, moderately clean establishment, and well made drinks. Appetizer combo was delicious, steak covered in bleu cheese - while sounding tasty, allowed for an underwhelming steak and the broccoli was mush. Patty melt was done perfectly. Considered the salad bar but being at the end of the day, selections were unappealing. Overall quality meals."

"Had ate at other location down closer to Shepherdsville and I enjoyed it much more. Had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. However I did not like the spices that were on it. Probably just my own personal taste preference. Loaded sweet potato was great and my wifes terriaki and pineapple chicken was great. Went there on a Monday night and the place was not busy with tables open everywhere. We still had a 10 minute wait to get a table while other larger parties came in afterwards getting seated. Waitress was great."
