"Today I went to McCallisters, one of my favorite places. Today was not a good day,I got the McCallisters club, I mentioned I was allergic to chicken and turkey, so I just wanted ham. I got turkey and ham, I had to take off the turkey so then then the sandwich had hardly anything on it and the bread was stale."

"I generally like this chain. This last visit 10/16 was very apparent that the neighborhood is declining as are several within Louisville. Graffiti in the restroom, inebriated / sleeping vagrants sitting outside at the tables. The food was fine, not on par for other McAlister's, but not terrible. Staff was friendly enough when ordering. Manager came out to refill drinks while their staff watched."
