"Doughnuts were good, drinks were acceptable at best. Employees really did not want to be there, and could have cared less, and forget about doing more then one task a time. Multi-tasking did not seem to be an ability they have learned."
"I come through multiple times a week because this location is closer to my apartment than the other one. Not only that but I have NEVER gotten an incorrect order here even when they’re very busy. The staff is always so sweet, and I can ask my dog in the morning if he wants to go to Dunkin and he literally runs downstairs because they always give him a pup cup. I always mobile order and it’s ready for me 9/10 times that I go to pick it up."
"Ordered a pumpkin double latte iced with cold foam. Didn’t even get the foam, coffee tasted like it had been sitting out for days and was also watered down. Worst coffee I’ve ever gotten."
"They didnt have medium iced cups so i got a large, it was too sweet for starters. Took me 3 hours to realize they gave me decaf. I've never asked decaf or had decaf in my life. Now I'm at work with the runs stuck in the bathroom. Not happy about this experience"
