"I did not have a good experience here. I placed a mobile order and I was about two minutes early to picking it up .. I was told to circle back around because it wasn’t ready, which is okay I get it. So I decided to just come in and wait. As soon as my husband told them we were there .. the lady immediately got an attitude about it and said it wasn’t ready because fish takes 6 minutes to cook. I get being stressed because the store is busy but there is no reason for hostility when we were very nice to begin with. The store overall was not very clean, very sticky floors and there was glass on these sideway right as you enter the door."

"The lady training an associate up front told her to put a sticker on the drink because drivers steal drinks. If I wanted chemical filled garbage I'd make it that way at home. As I make my own ice cream and whip cream with real ingredients not corn syrup and oil. Not all drivers steal food. They need to worry more about appearance of the tarp and wood covered window. I know real places to eat and can buy my own food. I don't need to steal fake processed garbage."

"I ordered ahead and the food was available at the quoted time. The food was great but the customer service was lacking. The Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich is much more fresh than you would expect at a fast food restaurant."

"I know I asked for extra Gyro sauce... but this was ridiculous! Had I not asked for extra, I'd be lucky to find it, so I know this is definitely more than an extra portion size amount of sauce. Having cold curly fries did NOT help the situation, considering how long I sat at the window. I even bought in to the fund raiser... Now I remember why it's been awhile since I ate here. Come on, Arby's. Do better."
