Top 1 Korean BBQ & Hotpot

"Value is the first word that comes to mind when visiting here. Where other options in the city consistently had me spending the same amount or more than I spent here, I would consistently leave wishing I had more to eat. That was not the case here. My son and I both got the barbecue set up. Meat was great. Service kept the food coming as we wanted it. It is a little cramped and the layout makes flow a little difficult, but I'm sure that will be worked out over time. Will definitely return."

"Overall, the food was solid, and didn’t feel like it was skimping on things - solid selection. It does have the vibe of a hotpot/K-BBQ vibe but there are things that don’t improve the flow: Table arrangements, entry way to the sauce that goes through worker area, slight abrupt step at the entrance, congested spacing between tables, ordering slowness, HVAC suction needs (I.e., smoke build up). I hope they improve as I want this place to succeed. Good luck!"

"This was an excellent dinner experience. Three of us came knowing this place is NEW. The did have some hiccups but these were due to them just opening. I believe they will become much more efficient in the future. The service was great and they were shorthanded. Ty was very busy but checked on us often. He made our first time here enjoyable. The food was tasty, flavorful and fun. The VARIETY is great. We tried so many things. Endless possibilities to mix and match and the Sauce bar was loaded We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely return."

"Top 1 was an extremely enjoyable (as well as delicious) experience. My friend and I went to the soft opening and had both hot pot and Korean bbq. Customers have the option of having all you can eat hot pot or bbq for $35 or both the hot pot and bbq for $40. We opted for the $40 option and enjoyed a lot of great food. For the hot pot, we had the Chinese herbal broth(a very light and flavorful broth almost reminiscent of a chicken ramen broth) and a spicy Szechuan broth (very flavorful, oily, and the perfect level of spice) with some ramen noodles (they had other noodle options too), sliced lamb, mushrooms and veggies. For the Korean BBQ we enjoyed some white rice, bulgogi (our favorite), short rib, and ribeye. The meat was well seasoned and the portions were great. They also had a sauce/ toppings bar that allowed you to elevate your food to the next level. The service and vibes were great. Our server was super kind and had great energy. One thing I think that could improve is the ventilation. It got pretty smoky in the restaurant with all the meat being cooked- it got to a point where they had to have the back door open to air it out a bit. Will definitely be coming back!"
