"I ordered 2 piece drumstick got 2 very small drumsticks and a partially eaten drumstick. When I called the store the manager said he added it to make up for the one drumstick that didn’t have much meat on it. You could tell this piece that was added as an extra was eaten off of. DISGUSTING"

"We just got the bigger fish that says it's a quarter pound fish sandwich and they charge 7 bucks I will share pictures it was no where near the size they claim. We took it home and weighed it. 1.30 Oz with the tarter sauce it was much closer to a quarter pound with the bun I think the pictures speak for themselves."

"I was overcharged for a two piece meal and I wouldn't have noticed that unless my wife hadn't asked for a receipt for a additional 8 piece bucket. The manager was very rude and wouldn't even discuss it with me. I've yet to have my account credited with the overcharge or after calling the corporate office twice, someone to return my call."

"I went to the KFC at 2513 Preston hwy in Louisville, KY 40217 earlier today around 4pm, and AGAIN they didn't have any chicken!! I've tried 4 or 5 times to get chicken from this location only to be told that they didn't have any chicken!! I would not go for months, then try again, hoping that the crew and/or manager was different, but STILL no chicken. U think corporate should know that they're paying employees at this location to do not do their jobs. This location really needs to be investigated and visited by the regional and district managers (unannounced). How can a chicken restaurant NOT have chicken?? This is unacceptable and unreal! Please please address this! I actually went earlier today (not tonight), though that shouldn't matter."

"Every time we order our order is messed up. We always order original recipe and end up getting extra crispy. Which we don’t like And since the only kfc in Evansville is on east side. While we live on northwest side. It is to much trouble to return. Please consider opening one on the north or west side."
