"Placed an online order never been there before thought we would try it. Get there to go in and get out food and eat and doors locked. It's noon on a Saturday! So we walk back to the car as the employee sitting at the table laughs. Go through drive through and ask for a refund employee at window asks us to pull up for manager. Get to the window and the manager gets an attitude and asks why we want a refund. I simply said because I'm not eating in my car and your doors are locked he proceeds to cuss as he's shutting the window. The employee asks for our card to do refund but gives no receipt, stated there was no way to give us a receipt and shut window. They open window to tell us we are holding up line and finally give us proof of refund. We want a good restaurant with corporate standards and consistency!! Yall have failed horrible. But hey KFC was open inside and always consistent. .3miles way if anyone needs come suggestions for good service."

"Stopped in here since I hadn't tried them. Drive thru. Couldn't wait to try their burger. But they were out of hamburger. Being a new store I guess management is still settling in, getting established. So I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was the bomb! The tacos great! The fries were too! Would have been 5 stars except how can a burger joint not have the meat. Corporate should have been there to help get the kinks out. Or maybe there's another explanation. Either way it will be forever before I get to taste their famous burgers because I don't come out in this area unless it's for a free meal."

"I stopped here and had the loaded mini tacos and egg roll. Egg roll was dry and filling was tasteless. Though the tacos were good, manager was nice, fast service, clean location."

"I would give this place 10 stars if I could! All the negative reviews so far are definitely from people you wouldn't make happy if you gave it to them free. The tacos are fire! Everything was fresh and delicious! All of the staff were great too. They held it down on opening day with lines out to Bardstown Rd. They all smiled and made sure everything was right Way to go staff!"
