"Macaroni & Cheese Entree was very hearty and delicious. I read it was the best Mac and cheese in Louisvillle so I had to try. Definitely very filling, cheesy and yummy. I had with onion strings. I love their sweet potato fries !"

"My boyfriend and I went here last night for a birthday/anniversary dinner and we had such a nice experience!! We couldn’t help but order their signature Mac n Chz with carnitas and it was literally to die for. We also got their pretzel sticks (amazing as well). I got the BBQ Carnitas flatbread, so freaking yummy. And my boyfriend got the Pimento Cheese Smashburger, he couldn’t stop taking bites out of his burger. 10/10 would come here again. And the service was awesome!!"

"The Manhattan Project was an awesome way to start off our last day in Louisville. The interior space was large and airy, with a really cool pass-through letting tons of light in. Food was definitely good, with the fried cheese curds particular delicious. In terms of drinks, the bloody mary was outstanding. Would definitely come back."

"What a great place! The staff was very accommodating to our group and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. What an eclectic menu for food and drink. Definitely worth visiting several times! The drink is called Old Smoky. The rest are: Cheese curds. Pickle fries. Prime rib and onion straws sandwich. Grilled cheese and tomorrow and blackberry jam. Veggie flatbread. Roasted tomato Mac and cheese."

"Lunch for 1 on a Sunday afternoon. Server was friendly and attentive. Got the Clifton burger and upgraded to a side of mac & cheese. With several items on the menu centered on the mac & cheese I expected it to be exceptional. It was good but not amazing. The burger, however, was incredible! I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back!"
