"The service was bad, the order was wrong, food was cold, and there were flies visible from the ordering window. If memory serves me correctly, this location was shut down a few months ago. Hope so. The place was horrible."

"Why they closed this Rally's down, you ask? Who knows? What I DO know is that they went up a full whole dollar on their '$2' Chicken Bite Boxes, making it no longer a value purchase at all. (They replaced it for a limited time $2 chicken tender + fries deal, but customers no longer get as many fries plus their tenders are GOD awful. Nothing compared to the tenders they had in the mid-late 2000s. (The spicy tenders served during those times were delicious). Oh well, it was the most convenient location for me too."

"Sorry to report that this Rally's location is now closed after 32 years. Loved their food and will miss them. Will now have to go to another location further away from home. 5 stars for 32 years of great food at Rally's at 5201 Preston Highway."

"It was a terrible experience there! Rude employees alot of negligence on the behalf of all employees! My order was totally disappointing and incorrect and the employees gave me the impression that i was the error! I gave up on the situation as a whole and promised myself and my wife i will never visit that location ever again and it wasn't crowded at all so there was no reason for them to not to have the opportunity to correct occupational errors! Donot visit that location i truly believe the area of the store and it's daily surroundings played a major role in my order being incorrect and them taking the matter casually! I'm trying to rate it using no stats at all but it won't allow me to"

"We went thru drive thru at 1150 pm. They answer speaker pretty quick. It took them 10 min to come to window to get payment. Then another 5 min to get food. Every thing was made fresh. The cashier apologize for the wait."
