Or call and communicate what’s going on. Over an hour for a sandwich that’s less than a mile up the road is ridiculous."

"I placed an order for about 10 sandwiches in the app last night. Google Maps took us to the wrong location (no JJ’s or any other restaurants for that matter). At the same time there was no data available on my phone to find the phone number or reroute us. We found Jimmy John’s but there was no order for me. My data finally kicked in and I realized I had placed the order to be picked up tomorrow, not today. All the employees were very nice and got my order together so quickly that it was ready at the pickup time I had originally chosen in the app. I only had a $10 bill, but would have tipped more. They were busy, but did not make me feel like a bother and quickly got my order ready despite my mistake. Thank you! Thank you for your reply and the link!
