"From the start of ordering until we got home with food was AWFUL. They was rude at the speaker. Everything we said they said is that all, like we could order more than 1 item. Then got pulled to make our food. Got order items was missing. Finally get home assuming our bowls was made right and WRONG. There no chicken. Called back they are gonna remake but still."

"My husband and I went to KFC today on Preston. We went thru the drive thru and and when we got home with our food the chicken was old. It was so old it was very dark and dry. There was also a piece of red plastic in my box under the chicken. This is very unprofessional for a restaurant. I will never patronize this restaurant again."
"I enjoyed having an early lunch at this Louisville KFC. The food was prepared quickly, and the restaurant was kept clean. If you choose to eat here, I will caution, that If you have an order of the wings, they can come with a generous helping of sauce, so be sure to be sure to pack your wing container safely in your car to avoid a mess."
