"My wife and I celebrated Valentine’s Day at Cured. The restaurant is beautifully decorated at a corner location in NULU. The food was good overall. What stood out most to me was the service and treatment we received. The staff was attentive, very friendly and did all they could to make our first time dining experience remarkable. We will definitely be back to enjoy more meals and make more memories at Cured! Our thanks to the Team at Cured for a wonderful experience!"
"We had our anniversary dinner here and I had a very authentic carbonara. I have had carbonara in other places in Louisville and nothing compares to this one. Everyone was very kind! We will come back to try more cured meat!"
"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cured in Louisville, Kentucky, and the experience left me thoroughly impressed. This hidden gem offers a delightful blend of flavors, impeccable service, and a charming ambiance that makes it a must-visit in the heart of downtown. One of the standout dishes at Cured is their tender smoked pork chop, a succulent masterpiece that perfectly captures the essence of smoked goodness. The freshness of the chorizo and salami, both made in-house, adds a unique touch to the menu, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The service at Cured is nothing short of kind and attentive. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience, making you feel welcome from the moment you step through the door. Their genuine hospitality enhances the overall enjoyment of the meal. For dessert, the creme Brule is a sweet symphony of flavors and textures. The creamy custard beneath a perfectly caramelized sugar crust is a divine conclusion to a delightful meal. It's evident that the same dedication to excellence extends to every aspect of Cured's menu. Conveniently located in downtown Louisville, Cured is easily accessible and within walking distance from most hotels. The small and quaint atmosphere adds a touch of intimacy to the dining experience, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a cozy gathering with friends. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Cured, especially to explore their sandwich offerings. With such a positive first impression, I have no doubt that the sandwiches at lunch time will be equally remarkable. If you find yourself in Louisville, make sure to add Cured to your list of culinary destinations – it's a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered and savored."
"Awesome place! In Kentucky for a conference and was looking for great food that’s not found on every menu and this was the place. Some many unique choices! Atmosphere is beautiful. When you come to Kentucky stop by CURED!"
"I had the pleasure of being their first official customer! When I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and breathtaking aesthetics. I sat at the bar and Pedro serviced me. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great recommendations. They don’t have non-alcoholic wine yet so I went with a glass of water and ordered the Schnitzel (breaded thin pork filet with potato cream). One of the owners also came over to greet me while I waited for my order (which didn’t take long at all). I really enjoyed my dinner (especially the unique potato cream) though I would’ve preferred a bit more seasoning for the pork filet. The portions were perfect and filling. I also attended their ribbon cutting ceremony the day before and LOVED their charcuterie and bruschetta spread! These would make a great happy hour special. I will definitely be back and I look forward to supporting a local independently owned restaurant."
