"Let me start by saying I love Hooters wings. However, this establishment just misses the mark consistently. I am mixed between giving it a 2 or 3 stars... Ive been having a few bad experiences recently. The most recent one was really bad. Ordered on their app ahead of time on new years around 4PM. Arrived at 4:30 when the Official Hooters app said the food would be finished. About 45 minutes after arriving. The manager said they were running short manned. Also that they are out of Bone-In wings. Around that time. Families would come "Dine-In" and order food. They would get their food about 20 minutes after ordering. I sat there and waited roughly 2 hours before getting my food. The buffalo dip was really cold after my 5 min drive home. I had ordered 30 wings and the sauces were wrong. They were out of half of their bottled coke drink varieties. So I had to substitute for other drinks. We were also missing ranches."

"My server seated me by informing me I could seat myself. She then took 7 minutes to come by to take my drink order with 4-5 tables being occupied in the entire restaurant. It was 24 minutes later that I waved at another server to ask for someone to take my food order and for another beverage. From this point on, service improved some, but less than satisfactory since she had only one other table she was attending to. Much of her time was spent sitting near the front door where it appeared she was using her phone. During my visit, I did not see anyone who appeared to be a manager on the floor. On the menu, the sliders state they come with pickles, and mine did not. I had to find another server to request pickles. I'm very disappointed!"

"It was excellent our server was so sweet and she took very good care of us. The food is on point, mouthwatering, delicious and just superb! She accidentally rung in an extra fry, the manager was excellent, friendly, great customer service and took it off with no issue. Price was awesome for my food a tip and a tall beer! Going back soon for sure!"
