La Terraza on 4th Street

"I'd like to be able to review the food here. However, I can't, because my party of two waited 30 minutes to be seated, only to be told there would be an additional 30 minute wait because the kitchen was backed up. This despite the dining room being 3/4 full at most. I know it's hard to find help these days, but if we would have been told about the order backlog when we arrived, we wouldn't have wasted a half-hour here before a concert."

"Great atmosphere, food, margaritas and service. Reasonable prices too. It was very clean and organized too. I was shocked it wasn’t more busy. People of Louisville, you’re missing out if you don’t come here. I walked from my hotel and it was difficult to see in the dark because the building is set back off of 4th st and the windows are tinted dark."

"We ordered the chicken fajitas and the chicken quesadilla. I was surprised the portion size of the fajitas was so small, considering it was one of the most expensive items on the menu. However, everything tasted great and the service was very good -- super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating of substitutions. Quesadilla was especially cheesy, and although the chicken was dry, the beans were cooked to perfection. Was $35 before tip for two meals, including soft drinks."

"Fantastic authentic Mexican food. Zero complaints. The Sopas was killer, a must try. Guacamole was fresh as well and their salsa is made in house and phenomenal."

"Great ambiance, fast service and great food. came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised how quick service was. Actually I ordered the a burrito bowl but I got a burrito instead. I did not mind the mix up though as I enjoyed the dish and found it to be very flavorful and it had the right amount of kick. Overall a great lunch spot— I would recommend trying the place out if you are in the area. I also would like to add that my friend had an issue with her order. They apologized, promptly addressed this, and replaced her meal—no questions asked."
