"We walked in around 9:00 am today and received the warmest welcome. They were busy but we were immediately greeted and served. Rebecca, the manager was cooking, helping to serve and greeting customers. Josh made the most amazing breakfast for us. It was such a family atmosphere! Our server continually made sure we hot hot drinks and were satisfied with our service. Great way to start 2024!"

"After a terrible experience at the Winchester location, we came here and were treated the way we were supposed to be treated. Our order was taken correctly, it was made correctly and quickly and it was delicious. These ladies are amazing."

"Late night....all tables were dirty....kitchen was filthy...cooks sat in car and watch 2 pairs of customers walk in and didn't get out of car until we got fed up and left. This was night shift on tift college drive....the other one is cleaner and service is much better."

"My husband, myself, my brother in law & his wife all came in to this location at about 11 this morning. We walked into and there was two tables open, but both had dishes still on them. We proceeded to go ahead and seat ourselves at one of the tables as it was kind of busy. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes. There was two waitresses there & neither of which came to our table once during that time. Nobody ever came and gathered the dirty dishes. BOTH waitresses proceeded to go tend to an elderly couple that came in AFTER we did...then one proceeded to go bus another empty table without coming to us. We eventually just decided to leave. As we walked out one of the waitresses decided to tell us to "have a good day". We thought it was extremely disrespectful as neither of them even acknowledged our table the whole 15/20 min we sat there. They would look over at us but never said a word. Would NOT recommend this location at all."

"I use to work at a Waffle House down in Florida, and when I tell you that the staff there was 10x nicer and more respectful than this Waffle House staff I mean it. They are rude to customers sometimes, they always use bad language on the floor when there is customers, and they don’t really have respect for one another. They have also screwed up my paycheck by not paying me the right amount, I will most likely be going to corporate about this. I will never be back to THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. This job isn’t worth $2.00 an hour I would rather go back to Florida and work for $8 or $9 an hour"
