"I had been in four different Wendy's on one particular day in the city of louisville, this Wendy's was the cleanest, the best smelling food, the friendliest staff.... And I really could keep going on."

"The lady in there try to tell me that I didn't have a mobile order and I clearly was showing it to her one my phone and she still repeatedly told me I didn't have a order there. So a manager can and pulled up my order and have the lady to fill it which they did but I was missing half of my order bu then I was over it got what they gave me and never looked back I will never go to this Wendy never again.!"

"I ordered online at this resturant for breakfast. I put my order in at 7:50, 20 mins after the resturant opened according to their website. I arrived a few minutes later and was told they did not open till 8. I waited until 8:05 to approach the drive thru again, and told them I had an online order. I was ushered around to the window, where the workers debated for several minutes, before unlocking the window to tell me they didn't have sweet tea. After giving them an substitution, they handed me my sealed bag of food. However, when I got home I found my order was completely wrong. Instead of 2 bacon croissants I got 2 sausage croissants. I did not get my chicken croissant at all, but instead got a second sausage biscuit. Of the 6 things I ordered 4 were wrong. As I was the first person to order that day, and there was only one other car the whole time I was there, I find that error rate egregious. I am unlikely to choose Wendy's again for a while, and if I do I will have to go to another location, as I do not trust this one to get it right at all."

"Took a bite out of my burger and there you have it. Raw meat!! Service was horrible. Cashier acted like I was bothering her by placing an order thru the drive thru. Nasty and rude! I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I don’t even see how this location is still open. Very poor customer service."
