"They are always messing up the sandwiches, the machines are always down you cant use the app or your points..they got you waiting 10-15 mins to pick up orders, giving out orders to people behind you while u waiting. Idk how u can order a baconator sandwich and get a sandwich with no bacon on it then call back and no one answer they dont give receipts even with mobile orders. The employees walking out the restaurant."

"Well did online order. order was not made or though of when I got there. the cashier and lead or manager was the best person in there that tried to get my order together. Once they told me it wasn't ready I was ready to cancel it because half staff had phones in hands doing fry station and sandwich station not washing hands.half staff was not helping each other just standing around on phone well others do work.floors and equipment was very dirty looking.pray I don't get sick."

"The staff was very polite and courteous, seriously 5 star helpful. Now this soda pop fountain was so incredibly nasty. The button to select which pop, I litterally used my sleeve to select it, as to not contaminate my clean finger. Honestly I'd bring my gloves next time. Filthy, the entire dispense area of the machine. Wish I'd took a picture."

"Tried the new Nacho Burger and it was really good. Service was fast and friendly. Food hot. Lots of young people hanging in the parking lot being a little loud. Been here several times and this is a regular thing, people just hanging out. Never had a problem, just kids hanging out"

"Absolutely no one there should have been my indication that it was not going to be great, but I was hot and tired, the food was so old, I was just so shocked , we paid for 2 $6 biggie bags and got small everything, the 2 girls working there was so rude, but the most troublesome thing was the 2 day old fries and nuggets we got. Like I think they made them yesterday and gave them out today. Awful place on cane run road. Dont go here"
