"Today was the first time I've been in there since before covid. The employee who waited on me seemed to be bored when he took my order. The floor from the counter to past the soda machine was sticky and needed mopped. There were probably around a dozen employees on the back line and they were not that busy. The manager should have had one of them clean the dining room, at least mop the floor. My fish sandwiches were hot and good."

"Well, I had White Castle cheeseburgers for the first time in Louisville Kentucky last week. mama. my mother usually orders Krystal Burgers from Door Dash which is the equivalent of a White Castle Burger I guess. They are equally bad fir you great tasting ."

"Its like they hired a crew of sloths. 20-30 min. a car just waiting to place the order is Horrible. Why even come to work if this is the type of service you gonna provide. Y'all are better off just saying the systems down. Id support a robotic staff over this crew, I know y'all get paid by the hour but damn this is taking it too far. Corporate look at the camera feeds, you got to see or be in the drive thru to believe it!!!!! Do better, working actually makes the time go by faster yall should try it."

"Me and my son went through the drive-through during breakfast hours. He was able to onder off the lunch menu, and I got breakfast. Everything came out correct and in a short period of time. Great service at the window!"
