"I was absolutely APPALLED with what I witnessed at this store today (12/26/21). My friend and I were shopping around when we heard someone loudly say, “(Employee name) do your job!” I turned around and a girl was folding clothing (I think her name was Kami?). She then said back to who I believe was the store manager, “I am helping so & so fold clothes.” The manager replied back to her stating, “so and so can fold those on her own.” My friend and I looked at each other in disbelief. How rude and degrading. When I saw that same girl in the store again, I asked her if she liked her job and she replied that she did. I told her, if my manager talked to me like that, I would walk out of that store and never come back! I can’t believe how disrespectful the manager of the store is to the employees."

"My experience is always ruined every single time I walk on there. Employees are rude and snobby and can’t walk around without feeling judged. Such a shame because the clothes are so cute, but ruined by the fact they have terrible girls working."

"i was treated very rudely by one of the employees who was helping me to a dressing room. she was very snobby and she had a very bad attitude towards me. this was also the same girl who had treated my sister very poorly when she had been there prior. but i have to give credit to the girl who checked me out she was VERY kind to me. i was not pleased with the one girl tho. you can fire her and her replacement could be me i would love to work at garage. lmao"

"Wow! This store is immature, rude and not helpful at all! I have no patience for this staff. I was needing to exchange pants but she wasn’t willing to exchange for a different size, for the same pair - because they don’t carry that size in the store, size long. I come home, called customer service and they were able to sort it out. Now I have to return to the store, with a reference number, in order to exchange the pants - all because of the uneducated employee didn’t feel like helping or asking questions to educate herself."

"They have a lot of cute and trendy clothes but the prices are a bit high. It has a very cute feel to in but its really dark and you feel like ur at Hollister, and when the lights are dark, you gon buy more."
