"I don't do a ton of Google reviews but after looking through all of the reviews and eating at this establishment myself, I can wholeheartedly say: This place deserves so so so so so so much praise. From atmosphere, hospitality and attention to detail. The two gentlemen who Assisted us (Pierre and Nick?) were very knowledgeable of the menu and funny. Now, the parking is rough, but what else would you expect from a small business in Lexington? I work in the food business and this place blows my expectations out of the water. These people care for their guests and patrons, as apparent to how they respond to everyone's review with a genuine want to correct any issues. I can't sing this places praises enough. Whenever I'm back in Lexington, I am coming back with everyone I know. Thank you guys for the amazing place."

"I eat the savory French toast. The flavor was AMAZING. Everything was really well seasoned. I wouldn't normally eat this kind of meal, but I thoroughly enjoyed this.The portions were also extremely generous. I wish there was more go tomato jam."

"Minton’s is a great breakfast place with unique dishes and a very welcoming staff. We ordered the savory French toast, which has the best tomato jam you’ll ever have and extremely high quality Parmesan cheese, and the chorizo breakfast tacos. The breakfast tacos were phenomenal and I would highly recommend. The only downfall is the amount of seating inside, but depending on when you go it’s not an issue, and the food is definitely worth waiting for. Overall, Minton’s is one of the best places to get breakfast in Lexington."

"Whew!! Talk about a diamond in the ruff. This place is phenomenal… from customer service to the atmosphere and the food, you won't be disappointed. Come here and you'll leave Happy and Full!!! We went here for my birthday brunch and it was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be coming back. This was my first experience eating here and what a great experience it was. "Wow. Just wow. Absolutely delicious food, original takes on old faves (Bourbon Ball French Toast?! to die for), and original recipes that you won't believe. Vegan and vegetarian options abound. While they're rather light on seating, they do have carry out available, as well as outdoor seating.
